Little Red Ridinghood In Progress

In progress shots from my newest painting. This one was done with graphite, oil, and colored pencil on wood.
This piece was a pain in the ass but i learned a lot :)

Edit: Submitted this into the 2010 Congressional Art Competition for George Miller's district here in Cali. My teacher said that the judges said I would have won except it was over the size limit and couldn't give me first place (Nooooooo~!) so this is just gonna be my art/whatever the hell comes to mind blog :)

i'll probably end up putting pics of new foods i make cuz i've gotten into cooking lately (fucking hella random, i know. but i DO like to eat >:D)

first up is a project for my AP Studio Art class. I used oil pastel then went over it with turpentine to get a more painterly effect.
